Money Making Partnership

This is ONLY FOR THOSE who do NOT want to do all the work and keep all the money for themselves. This is NOT my typical plan. The typical plan for building your own 100% owned and controlled permanent income is found on Quit Work Overview. This page you are reading now is for those who want me to manage most of the work. It outlines the BASIC agreement between you and I for the development of a new money making website, how the work will be done, and how the revenue splits break down typically.

1) I will ultimately be responsible for the success of this site, and will make all decisions pertaining to advertising, marketing, cash flow, content and deployment. I will incur all upfront costs through site launch. Afterwards costs will be taken from revenue so that neither of us has to pay out of pocket.

2) I will email all tasks to you with the intent being that both parties spend about the same amount of time building the site and maintaining it.

3) Revenue from advertising and affiliate promotions will be split after expenses with 30% going
to you and 70% going to me.

4) All email, phone correspondence, leads and commissions from inquiries originating from the site
will be your the sole property and responsibility. You keep 100% of this income.

5) Both you and I are individually responsible for paying taxes on incomes as independent contractors.

6) You may reduce the hours you spend on this website to as little as 25 hours a month. However if you decide to work less than 25 hours a month I have the option of either matching your hours and continuing the 30/70 split OR I may put in more hours, increase the profits and keep 100% of the revenue. Otherwise, the speed with which this site is built and turns a profit will be dictated by you, the more hours you put in, the more hours I will be responsible to put in, increasing profits.

7) You will email all hours worked and any monies made from commissions or leads generated by
the site to me on the 1st day of each month. I will email you a monthly revenue report showing costs and profits and pay you via Paypal.
